Do you work in the field of design, textile design, architecture, art, literature, performing arts, or interdisciplinary projects, and have a strong interest in textile production and its context? Then the TaDA Artist-in-Residence program offers you the unique opportunity to collaborate with renowned textile companies and research institutions in Eastern Switzerland.
The residency is aimed at artists and creatives from all disciplines with a demonstrated interest in the textile industry, textile culture, and sustainability. Basic technical knowledge of textile production is an advantage. Projects with a pronounced experimental approach are particularly welcome. Important is to be willing to respond to the needs of the TaDA partners and the connection to them must be included in the project drafts.

Sie arbeiten in den Bereichen Design, Textil Design, Architektur, Kunst, Literatur, performative Künste oder an transdisziplinären Projekten und Sie haben ein starkes Interesse für die textile Produktion und deren Kontext? Dann bietet Ihnen das Artist-in-Residence Programm TaDA die einmalige Möglichkeit, mit renommierten Textilunternehmen und Forschungsinstitutionen in der Ostschweiz zusammenzuarbeiten.
 

Die Residency richtet sich an Kunstschaffende und Kreative aus allen Disziplinen mit ausgewiesenem Interesse an der Textilindustrie, Textilkultur sowie an Nachhaltigkeit. Technische Grundkenntnisse der Textilproduktion sind von Vorteil. Wichtig ist auch die Bereitschaft, auf Anliegen der Partner einzugehen. Besonders willkommen sind Projekte mit einer ausgeprägten experimentellen Ausrichtung. Der Bezug zu den TaDA-Partnern muss in den Projektskizzen mitformuliert werden.
